Conditions for using RAIDERX statistics, scouting tools and account features.
1. The RAIDERX service
RAIDERX is a community statistics and scouting tool for OGameX. It presents player and alliance rankings, observed name changes, point trends, inactivity indicators and galaxy positions. RAIDERX is not the game itself. References to OGameX do not imply endorsement, affiliation or permission from its operator. The game operator’s rules remain applicable.
2. Scope and access
These conditions describe permitted use of the website and its account features. Read them before requesting or using an account. Where a contractual agreement is required, these conditions apply only when validly incorporated into that agreement; merely visiting this page does not replace any legally required consent. If you lack the legal capacity to enter an agreement, obtain the consent required by applicable law. Access to a feature does not grant permission to bypass game rules or third-party restrictions.
3. Snapshots, accuracy and scouting decisions
Statistics reflect imported or observed snapshots, not a live or complete view of the game. Updates may be delayed, missing or incorrect. Inactivity labels, coordinates, name history and ranking changes describe observations and may no longer match the current game state. An observation timestamp is not necessarily the time a change occurred. No indicator guarantees a profitable raid, an undefended planet or a player’s future activity. Check relevant information in the game and make your own decisions. Report suspected errors through support.
4. Accounts and security
Use accurate account contact information and keep your login credentials confidential. Use a unique password; do not provide your OGameX password to RAIDERX or to support. Do not access another person’s account, share access to restricted tools with unauthorized people or circumvent a suspension. Report suspected account compromise promptly. Account permissions determine access to restricted features; an account does not guarantee access to every tool.
5. Permitted use and abuse
Use RAIDERX lawfully and in accordance with the rules of your game and universe. Do not use it for harassment, threats, doxxing, unlawful profiling or publishing private information. Do not exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate imports or statistics, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt availability. Do not bypass authentication, rate limits or technical access restrictions. Automated collection, bulk extraction, redistribution and API access require prior permission unless an expressly published interface or licence permits the intended use. Ordinary browsing and links to public pages are permitted. Report security issues privately through support without accessing or exposing other users’ data.
6. Content and third-party rights
Rights in the website’s original code, design and editorial content remain with their respective holders. Game names, trademarks and third-party content remain the property of their owners. Displaying game statistics does not transfer ownership of underlying facts or grant exclusive rights over a player identity. Respect applicable copyright, database rights and third-party licences. If you submit a correction, report or other material, ensure you may share it and grant RAIDERX only the non-exclusive permission needed to process it and, where you requested publication, display it. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information.
7. Personal information and external services
Account details, technical logs and observed game identifiers may involve personal information. These conditions are not a privacy notice and do not create blanket consent to tracking or data processing. Applicable privacy rights remain unaffected. Do not assume that a public game nickname or coordinate may be reused for unrelated purposes. External game, community and support links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. For a data correction, account closure or privacy request, use the support contact below; do not post sensitive information in public channels.
8. Availability and changes to features
Maintenance, source changes and technical incidents may interrupt RAIDERX or limit historical data. No particular update interval, retention period or uninterrupted availability is promised unless separately agreed. Material planned changes or closure should be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. These conditions do not authorize new charges: any paid offering would require separate, clear pricing and contractual information before purchase. Statutory rights and existing contractual obligations remain unaffected.
9. Restrictions and ending account use
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use or a material breach of these conditions. Measures should be proportionate to the issue. Where lawful and practicable, affected users should receive a reason and an opportunity to respond through support; urgent protective action may be taken first. You may stop using RAIDERX at any time and request account closure through support. Account closure does not automatically erase independent game statistics or records that must lawfully be retained. Mandatory rights to termination, remedies and review remain unaffected.
10. Responsibility and statutory rights
You remain responsible for your game actions and for complying with the game operator’s rules. RAIDERX does not promise that using its features is permitted by that operator or prevents game sanctions. This does not exclude responsibility imposed on RAIDERX by applicable law. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraud, an expressly assumed guarantee or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any other liability is determined by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; no exclusive court or governing law is imposed by these conditions.
11. Updates to these conditions
The revision date identifies the text shown here. Material changes should be announced with an explanation and reasonable notice before taking effect. Where agreement is legally required, it must be obtained separately; silence or continued browsing alone does not constitute acceptance. Changes do not apply retroactively. If a provision is invalid, applicable law governs its consequences; this does not authorize replacing it with a more restrictive clause.
